Soul Alignment Reflexology Journey with Catarina

What remains constant is the love that is being given and the love that is being received.
Each session is intuitively guided, blending reflexology techniques, the 5 elements in TCM, and energy healing.
A welcoming space is first created for the receiver to share their physical and emotional state. Once settled on the massage table, mindful attention is brought to each chakra to feel any energy blockages.
The process then begins with a massage of the foot and lower half of the leg as it helps to release tension throughout the body.
Foot reflexology focuses on applying pressure on reflex points believed to correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By stimulating certain reflex points on the feet, the QI “vital energy” that was once blocked, can now flow correctly throughout the body.
The 5 elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the theory that each element (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood) represents not only an organ, but also an emotion, a season, a color, etc.. When one element is out of balance, it can disrupt balance to others.
By activating the corresponding reflex points on the foot, balance can gently be restored to the element that is out of alignment.
At the end of the session, insights are shared along with recommendations to help maintain balance between visits.
