Saturday, May 31, 2025 - 1:00pm - 3:00pm | Wire-Wrapped Pendant Necklace Workshop for Beginners with Joanne Spadaro (Artstones by Joanne)
In this introductory 2-hour workshop participants will create a wire-wrapped stone pendant necklace to keep. You will learn the basics of wire-wrapping stone cabochons with bare-copper square and half-round wires using flush wire-cutters, chain nose pliers, and round nose pliers.
You will have a beautiful assortment of tear-drop shaped stones to choose from for your project. Each participant will also leave with a 22” long copper-ball neck chain to hang their pendants.
You will be given the option of having your necklace oxidized to give the bare-copperwire an antique-looking patina. Necklaces left for oxidation will be available for pickup at Dreams West 10 days after the workshop during the store’s operating hours.
Materials: ALL materials and tools (for use in class) supplied. Please do not bring your own stone to wrap.
