This two part meditation workshop, presented by Holistic Meditation Coaches Kristen and Michelle of The Zen Den, will guide participants through peaceful meditations and light discussion allowing participants to embrace the present moment, as they open their hearts and minds by becoming self-aware.
The participants will as well, be led through discovering the mindful art of enjoying time spent sipping spirited and non-spirited beverages when with friends, family and acquaintances.
