A women’s circle is a supportive and sacred gathering designed to create a safe space where women can connect, share, and heal together.
I believe we are more than a physical body and an intellect. Within each of us there is a source of wisdom that we can tap into by releasing negative beliefs. This is done through: Journal Writing, Guided Imagery, Energy Medicine and Stress Reduction Techniques.
Refresh and Connect: We’ll be taking a 15-minute refreshment break each week, offering tea and snacks for everyone! It's the perfect chance to unwind and connect with fellow workshop attendees.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience the transformative effect of positive energy generated by the Women’s Circle!
